So many times we wait until we are sick before we are proactive about our health, this health check includes a full report going through exactly what your bloods show, in depth but easy to implement and understand with actionable recommendations from nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation. We recommend doing this annually if you are over 30 and every 6 months for those over 40.

UK Only – International clients, contact, we can still do a health check but we would require you to get bloods elsewhere so it is based on a case by case basis.

Once ordered you will receive a pack through the post, this is usually within 4 working days. Alongside this will be an email to get your bloods drawn at your nearest clinic (included within the price) and how to contact them.

We recommend women with a regular cycle get their bloods drawn on day 19-21 if you are looking to check hormone levels in more depth (specifically oestrogen and progesterone)

Also this test is recommended to be done fasted, especially for guys under 45 to make sure we can check your testosterone levels and HbA1c levels effectively.

Tests can be refunded within 14 days of order providing kit is in an unopened condition and can be returned to the lab.
