Foundations for a healthier, happier life

by Exercise, Psychology, Sleep

I meet so many businessmen and entrepreneurs who know they need to make a change in their personal lives.

Their businesses are smashing it but it’s taken a toll on their personal life, which needs a bit of work.

They don’t know where to start though and that’s where I come in.

It’s really quite simple, at least to start with.

You can make big gains by taking action on the small stuff… daily habits that, if done consistently, will change your life for the better.

So what are they?

Here are the foundations I set with all my clients.

➡️ Learn to switch off from work for periods of time

➡️Get to sleep at consistent times along with waking at the same time with good routines either end

➡️ Manage your movement levels (not exercise – we aren’t going down that route yet)

➡️ Hydrate – you may want to add hydration mineral drops to water or at least have it filtered and Himalayan rock salts added

➡️ Be consistent with your meal timing and protein through the day (let’s not fast right now, let’s not go keto, let’s not detox or any other fancy diet technique)

➡️ Manage stress levels where possible using grounding techniques, breathing techniques, yoga, meditation, affirmations, journaling

It might feel overwhelming, but to start with, pick one of the points above and make that change.

Establish it as a habit and build one solid block from which we can use as a platform for a healthier, happier life.

If you need a bit more help then I’m starting a 21-day brain fog course in October where we will go through everything to make you more resistant and consistent.
It’s normally $99 but we’ve launched an early bird special where you can sign up for just $77 today
