When we look at health we have to look deeper into the reasons for certain things going on, too many times I have seen people just trying to increase exercise and dropping calories to try to get ‘healthy’ but end up in a worse position than they started.

Below is a questionnaire where I don’t want you to think too much, answer instinctively and we will get an idea of where your brain health currently is at from a top down perspective in order to enable us to build the required plan specific to you.
