The Sleep Solution

Sleep is the foundation for all health in my opinion and professional experience, there are so many things that it builds the foundation for which we link back to sleep.

Problems with weight loss, energy, disease, cravings, focus and much much more.

The questions below are split into three sections based around physical health, mental health and lifestyle habits, they will give me a place to look in order to give us knowledge of the low hanging fruits to quickly improve your sleep and thereon your health too.

Please answer with your first instinct, don’t over think it, if something happens occasionally, put it, if it never happens, don’t.

We will go through what jumps out when we talk.
